The Winter Solstice is on June 21st. On that day there is a momentary pause... and then incrementally the days begin to get longer.

This half day retreat is where you can take time out, step away from the demands of life and return to a sense of quiet calm... honouring the ebb and flow of life's natural cycles.
There's something really magical about the sound of a crystal bowl. When it begins to sing, the sound washes over you, the vibration moves through you and without even trying... you let go.
Our Crystal Bowl Sound Session will be held within a protective quartz generator grid, creating a sacred, energetically safe space for you to simply... be.
